Hi friends, I have a layout with more than 165 media files. When I am trying to copy that layout then it stays on the copy popup window for a long time, so i cancel the process but after that the error starts showing.
“There has been an application error.Can not write last accessed info”. Then after some time “Database connection problem”.
Please help me, I have searched a lot but could not find any thing concrete.
Check your MySQL service is running. It sounds to me like it has stopped running.
It always stops when trying to copy or export the layout with more than 165 media files.
You need to check the MySQL logs then to see why it’s crashing. It may be out of memory or something along those lines.
