I can’t reproduce that locally.
Please can you submit a log with the CMS in audit mode, so we can see the SQL being run and the result.
I wonder if you’re looking at a different database perhaps? If you’ve converted to Docker, perhaps the database is the one in the container and not the one you’re now looking at. That last accessed time is from the 7th July in the database, and that doesn’t match the time shown in your CMS screenshot, so I’m sure they aren’t the same row.
