Could on-premise module be transfered from one pool of licences to another one?

I have a pool of Android licences. I purchased an on-premise module under that pool; but in fact I do not need that module for the default pool but i need it for another pool I created under my account let’s call it “XX”.
Is it possible to transfer the use of that module from the default pool to pool “XX” ?
