i installed xibo 1.8.0-rc3 in my windows 10
i cleared all the all the check pass listi am also facing the same problem kindly someone help us. thank you
It would be highly recommended to upgrade that to 1.8.1.
RC3 was a release candidate version, a lot has changed since then, if you both really do have rc3 installed, then upgrade to 1.8.1 release version is what you need to do first.
can you tell me please how to upgrade to 1.8.1 from 1.8.0-rc3 in details or stepwise

but now i am getting unable to process queue of player action due to 1 of 1 player actions failedI’ve already replied to your support ticket with us.
Where exactly do you see this error please?
In CMS or Postman when you try to send API call?
