Conected but the player don´t update the content

Before completing please check that the time, date and timezone have been correctly set on the device running the Player…Checked

To be completed by the original poster:

Player Version: 2 R255.3(windows)

Issue: The player(authorized and programed) don´t load neither content(even the demo slide), we have 6 more players and the other 5 load and show the same content but this one not, I have checked all but I dont now why this player don´t load contents from my CMS

Any idea?

Hello and welcome to the Xibo Community!

Firstly could you just double check that you have connected it to the correct CMS and that it is showing as authorised. If this is the case then get a screenshot of the Player status screen to see what it is telling you.
