# Community Member Password Reset Request

Hi all,

We have noticed some irregular activity on the forum as of late with what looks like older member accounts being hijacked for multiple spam posts. Thank you to @0x0 and @CraftedInSteel for flagging this to our internal team.

Could I ask as a precaution that passwords are reset and use two factor authentication to help mitigate any future risks.  
This can be actioned from your Profile \> Preferences \> Security

Please do continue to raise any suspicious activity in order to keep our community a safe place!

I dont use mobile internet or smartphones so until OTP can be emailed/SMS’ed I have basicly no option to use it.
