CMS XIBO SERVER, blank screen or 500 error when entering Administration / preferences

I just installed xibo server, although I can enter the rest of the platform (image) and when entering the preferences section, this screen appears blank in MOZILLA (image) and in CHROME it shows HTTP ERROR 500

. It is important to mention that it still does not enter into production and I am only conducting tests.

This was installed on a virtual machine with the following:
CPU: 1 with 2 cores
Mem: 4 GB
HDD: 50 GB
Operating System: Server ubuntu 16.04
Ubuntu Firewall: 0.35 (image with port enabled)

  • 80/tcp ALLOW IN Anywhere
  • 443/tcp ALLOW IN Anywhere
  • 9505/tcp ALLOW IN Anywhere

DOCKER CE: 18.09.0, build 4d60db4
DOCKER COMPOSE: 1.23.2, build 1110ad01
XIBO SERVER: 1.8.10

I wanted to move forward with Xibo CMS Post-Installation Setup Guide and I could not because of this problem.
