I’m having some difficulties installing the white label on ubuntu 20.04, i bought the white label and call it activelinkdigitalsignagec, i had followed all the steps on this manual (https://xibo.org.uk/docs/setup/xibo-cms-white-label-theme-administration), so i pass the file to /opt/xibo/shared/cms/web/theme/custom/activelink and copied the directory manual to/opt/xibo/shared/cms/web/userscripts but i get no results.
When i update the SQL line it sends me an error “Fatal Error - sorry this shouldn’t happen. The theme “activelink” does not exist” and now i can´t access to xibo because of this message.
Could you please open a ticket with our help desk so that we can support you with the installation of your white label.
