I am coming to you because I have a problem updating my CMS. I followed the steps of the migration on your site, once at the phinx migration step, the command vendor / bin / phinx migrate -c phinx.php does not work, I have a message that appears telling me ‘vendor is not recognized as an internal order’
When I launch the website I have a message that appears ‘The CMS is currently offline for updating’
I am using WAMP software on Windows Server 2012.

You need to open a command line in the root of your Xibo installation, then run exactly

vendor\bin\phinx migrate -c phinx.php

I think you have spaces in the command you’re using.
