Cms update and erros

HI guys!
I’ve updated my CMS from 1.8.10 to 1.8.13 but i’m having some issues:

  • Cannot see the thumbnails of the jpg media in the library
  • cannot download any media and i get the binary as the output comes in text format instead of .jpg
  • I cannot add areas to a new template
  • If i try to edit an area i get a message: Fatal error : Method Xibo\Entity\Layout::__toString() must not throw an exception, caught ErrorException: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in /opt/mediacorp2/dist/1.8.13/lib/Entity/Layout.php on line 0

Anyone have the same issues?
Any ideas to help?

Hi!

We are having problems with the media in the Xibo CMS. When we go into the media page, we cannot preview or see the thumbnails in the list and when we try to download any media type, we always get a new page with the binary data:

We have a server with Ubuntu 18, Apache2 web server, PHP 7.2.
Could you help us on this issue?

I had the same problem.
I fixed it installing, configuring mod-x-sendfile and changing “File download mode” in Settings->General.
