CMS slow and errorneous in Firefox

Trying to use the new 1.8.1 CMS in Firefox browser (both under Linux and Windows) and the whole interface is very laggy. Also found errors like when modifying a region size, region positions can’t be saved. “Save region positions” button is inactive.

CMS version 1.7.9 has no problems in Firefox.

Did you clear your web browser cache? If not, try that as that can cause the issues you describe.
