I created a layout “Test” as user “xibo_admin”.
Then I changed the owner to “admin”.
If I now sign up as “admin”, I can not see the layout as the owner. The list is empty.
If I now add as xibo_admin a region, the owner automatically jumps back from admin to xibo_admin.
I believe this is this bug? https://github.com/xibosignage/xibo/issues/1254

Don’t get me wrong, I do appreciate your report, it’s just already was confirmed in that linked topic 
I’m not angry. Maybe with myself because I have not found the existing error message.
