Client setup - black screen

Good afternoon,

We’re having issues setting up the Xibo Windows client. After the new computer is authorized, the Xibo splash screen displays and then the screen goes black, the content is never downloaded.

Hardware: OptiPlex 7040

OS: Windows 10

Signage player: v2.0

CMS: 2.0

We’ve tried this on two different Optiplex computers as well as a Latitude 5480 with the same results.

The Layout that we’re using is a layout that is currently in use and those are working fine.

Computers that we’ve previously deployed are working fine.
