We have 34 items of media in the library and have the page displaying 50. We can only see 10 of them, even if we do 10 items per page and try to switch pages nothing happens.

It is very strange that the number of entries does not match the number of returned entries? If you are happy to provide some credentials, one of our develop team would like to take a closer look to see as to why that may be happening. Please do send me a direct message if you are happy to do so 
Hello, I was just wondering if there was a solution to this issue? I have been experiencing it too for a while and have no idea how to resolve. I would have sent a direct message but I can’t work out how to! Many thanks
