I’m trying to delete 2 jpg files or to change name, but I receive this error: Problem copying provided file into the Library Folder

Same problem for Task how don’t run “Regular Maintenance” with last status error: “Problem copying provided file into the Library Folder”
I found this error in Logs: “Maintenance cannot build Layout 508, SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1205 Lock wait timeout exceeded; try restarting transaction.”

I’ve seen @dan resolve this kind of problem. Can you help?
