Will there be a feature for auto deleting media library items &/or layouts/campaigns after a scheduled run time? I have a lot of 1 time use slides that display on scheduled dates/times and after it expires I currently have to manually delete the media/layout when it’s done, but it would be nice if after the scheduled showing it automatically deleted itself.

That sounds like an interesting extension of the TidyLibrary / Maintenance Routines. I’ve marked it as a feature request.
