I want to buy an Android license to resell to the customer without any agreement with xibo (no data collected from my clients, no more relationship with xibo). Is it possible? If yes, how?

That isn’t possible I’m afraid.
You will soon be able to resell under a white label, but there will be some obligations from your side to ensure the end user accepts terms at least as stringent as set out in our EULA.
All Xibo for Android licences are checked via our licence service. It isn’t possible to avoid that check.
