Android 1.8 R103 Whitelabel Will Not install

Note sure what the issue is…

I downloaded R103. Uploaded it the the CMS as normal. Found a display to test on, told the CMS to send it the update. But it never does. I restarted the client and everything.

Client says it has all its files. CMS shows the displays has all it’s files. (I do not see anything that says it should have downloaded it) No errors that I see.

Am I missing something?

If you look at the player’s status window, near the bottom it should state what file is set in version information for that display, is that mediaId matching the R103 .apk you’ve uploaded to the CMS?

I assume this player is already running on your white label, but on a earlier version?

Yes, it does.

It is running on a white label, R102.
