After install cannot log in XIBO CMS

I followed the instructions as they were posted. I get no errors. but when the XIBO sign is screen appears I enter the user name and password I entered during set up and it does not work. I have retried the installation several times and on different PC’s. same results. I am missing something. I have read several post on the forum and none have worked. there was mention of xibo log files. but I do not know where those would be located.

I am installing all the linked software in the software on a Windows 7 enterprise PC.

Please let me know what information you need me to provide to help me troubleshoot this issue.

I assume we installed Xibo 1.7.8 CMS?
Is there any error there? Or just incorrect username/password notification?

You can try clearing your web browser cache / different browser.

If that doesn’t solve it, then try truncating the session table in your Xibo MySQL database.
