Access denied to dashboard - perrmisions changed and cant log in

Hi,
In a mad moment of distraction I have managed to change the admin account permissions and no longer have access to the dashboard.
All i get is an Error Access Denied.

Is there a way that I can go into via PHPMyAdmin or something and reset the permisions or even set up a new user. I know the admin password so that is not the issue

Ive managed to fix this by going into PHPMyAdmin and creating another user

I’m glad you fixed it, you could’ve also changed the userType of your existing user back to super admin via mysql/PHPMyAdmin, that would also fix your problem.
