Hi everyone,
I am experiencing an issue when trying to create a new user in the Xibo CMS. Every time I attempt to finalize the creation, I get an error message.
Here is exactly what happens:
- I start the “Add New User” wizard.
- On Step 2 (Credentials), I enter a password.
- I proceed to Step 3 (Share) to select the folder permissions.
- When I click the save button (labeled “To record” in my system) on this final step, a red error message appears at the bottom stating:
“Your password must meet the following requirements: Be between 6 and 50 characters long; Contain at least one lowercase letter (a-z); Contain at least one uppercase letter (A-Z); Contain at least one special character.”
The strange part is that the error triggers on the 3rd step, and I am confident the password I entered on Step 2 actually meets all of these strict requirements.
I have attached a screenshot of the error on the final step for reference.
Has anyone else encountered this issue or knows a workaround to successfully create users?
