Hello Alex / Daniel Good morning. I hope you are all in great health. I started using the 2.3.12 CMS with player 2R201 for windows and since start, I noticed the players do not update. I added an image last night, this morning I see that change never took effect. I have to manually restart a player for changes to reflect. Please can you look into that. After publishing a layout, changes take effect fast but then some changes dont get through to players…
Anybody experiencing this issue while using XIBO 2.3.12?
periodically saying DISPLAY IS OUT OF DATE BUT HAS NOT YET CHECKED IN WITH SERVER…and this error when I try to reset XMR at CMS’s display settings error: This Player is not configured or ready to receive push commands over XMR. Please contact your administrator.
I have restart the player to make it update remaining 8 players in different locations are working fine though it happens to them once in a while
