%20 in URL don't work in the web page widget

Hello all,
Is there anybody know why this url does not work in the webpage widget ?
https://knspowerbi/Reports/powerbi/Mine/KPIs/Equipment%20Real%20Time%20Status%20v2.1

It seems that the %20 is not accepted by the webpage widget.

Version used : 3.0.1

I have the same problem, but with variables in the URL… like "site.com/page.php?variable=blabla
I saw this problem in ticker RSS…

maybe cms can’t interpret the '?variable=' which are special characters…
