1.8 Alpha CMS - Initial Region Changing to Full-screen is Not Immediately Reflected

Noticed that in the 1.8 alpha cms, that when creating a new region, then setting it to fullscreen, it does not show the region as full screen until you leave the page and come back to that particular layout, or refresh the page.
