hi,
we install new 1.8.1 cms and client on ubuntu. on client site we have 9600X1080 resolution extended 5 X 1920x1080 display. the previous version layout configured on new cms but cant display just coming blank screen. what would be problem?

Coincidentally, I had this same ‘blank’ issue happen yesterday, with a newer install of 1.81.
I just had the pre-installed Default Layout running, and then happened to notice the screen blank (this was after a few hours on a preview player running). I stopped the client and let it restart and it came up blank again…several times. I finally killed the Watch Dog client and re-launched the client app and everything has been working since.
Checking the Player Info screen also yielded, multiple of the ‘Error|MainForm - ChangeToNextLayout’ errors.
even on CMS layouts screen showing error not ok even I export working layout from cms 1.7.9 and import here also seen as layout has not built yet and when I make preview layout showing empty region error and suddenly coming layout…
I had some strange errors on "i: screen on a player after upgrading. went to CMS display settings and made a new profile for the display and attached it to the display and it cleared up. don’t know why it worked i just noticed that other displays i added after upgrade worked fine. just the carry overs.
on some i had to completely remove the software and re install then add a new profile.
thank you for all I missed that region, the missing part is when adding layout in 9600X1080 resolution it is also adding 9600X1080 region automatically too ,I delete this big region and added region according to coordinates
